Over the past few years I've been working with Napier University to develop an online weight management programme.
Many of us know the key health messages but it's what goes on in our heads that is the problem. This programme works with the mind as well as the body encouraging small, achievable changes that will make a difference to long term weight management.
There is no calorie counting, faddy dieting or food products being sold. We focus on changing how we think, feel and act towards food.
I've set up as a social enterprise so all profits will go back into the business and support people on low incomes to access the programme. The Community Interest Company is called Aye Can Change.
I'd really appreciate if you would take a few minutes to share your frustrations around managing your weight and also where you currently go for information. This will help in developing a programme that responds to what you need.
What is your biggest frustration about managing your weight?
Where do you go online just now to find information to support you in managing your weight?
Thanks for your help.
Feel free to pass this on to any friends who may be interested.
